Invite to project

To invite your colleagues to join your project, follow these steps:

First Step

Click on the Invite to project button on the top-right corner of the project page.

Second Step

Enter the email address(es) of your colleagues or team mates you wish to add to the project.

Third Step

Click the Send invite(s) button to complete the process.
A notification with the project link is automatically sent to the email address(es) provided. By clicking the link, your team mates will have access to the project. However, if your team mates do not have a datangle account, they will be prompted to sign up before accessing the project.

Remove from project

To remove or revoke access to a project for a team mate, please follow the steps:

First Step

Click on the Invite to project button on the top-right corner of the project page.

Second Step

Click on the icon next to the name of the team mate you want to remove from the project.

Third Step

Click the Remove from project button.

Fourth Step

Confirm the action by clicking the Remove from project button on the pop-up modal.

Transfer ownership

To transfer the ownership of a project to a colleague, please follow the steps:
If a project is transferred to a team mate, they become an admin and have the privilege to add or remove other users on the project.

Click on the Invite to project button on the top-right corner of the project page.

Second Step

Click on the icon next to the name of the team mate you want to remove from the project.

Third Step

Click the Transfer ownership button.

Fourth Step

Confirm the action by clicking the Transfer ownership button on the pop-up modal.
